Manyothwane
Hello, I’m Thandi, and I’m the Chair of the Teen Council! My favorite SCFD organizations are the Denver Botanic Gardens and DCPA. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and finding new series’ to binge. I’m also really interested in the Preforming Arts, Psychology, and History!

Madeline Nguyen
Hi, I'm Madeline, a senior at Legacy High School, and I'm the Secretary on the SCFD Teen Council. My favorite SCFD organization is Colorado Conservatory of Dance (CCD), which has been my dance studio for the past 5 years. I started ballet when I was 3 years old and it has become one of my greatest passions. My love for both the arts and health sciences made me want to get involved with SCFD, as many of the organizations they fund fuel those passions. I hope to explore more of these organizations and share them with other teens in Colorado!
Zander Tomczak
Hi, I'm Zander, and I'm the Treasurer of the Teen Council! My favorite SCFD Organizations are Wings Over the Rockies and the Colorado Railroad Museum. I love aviation and plan on becoming a pilot someday! In my spare time I enjoy playing baseball for the Douglas County Huskies and practicing guitar.
Anne Hawley
Hi! I’m Anne Hawley, and I'm the Teen Council's Communication's Chair! I really enjoy playing basketball and field hockey. I also really like writing, and I love spending time with friends. Some of my favorite places to visit are the Denver Museum of Nature and Science and the aquarium!
Teah Stern
Hi, I’m Teah! I am 16 years old and attend George Washington High School, where I am part of the IB program, my school's speech and debate team, and vice president and co-founder of the Self-Defense club (We partner with a Krav amigo studio to teach students how to defend themselves in dangerous situations). I am French, fluent in the French language, but I was born and raised in Colorado. My interests include being an avid reader and going on adventures with my friends and family.

Elle Humphreys
Hi! My name is Elle Humphreys and I am a freshman at St. Mary's Academy. My favorite SCFD organization is the Denver Botanic Gardens, especially when I go with my grandmother. Outside of the council, I compete for my school in Lincoln- Douglas debate, play lacrosse and field hockey, do musical theater, and dance. I hope to make the arts more accessible to all with SCFD!

Montes De Oca - Desiderio
Hello! My name is Yaris Montes De Oca and I’m a junior at Colorado Academy. My favorite SCFD organizations are Art from Ashes and the Denver Botanical Gardens. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, drawing, and hanging out with my friends. I am very interested in subjects like Architecture and Chemistry, which are the main reasons why I wanted to be involved in the SCFD Teen Council! I have worked with other organizations to bring diversity and community into my own school environment and I hope to bring those experiences to the council!
Bella Guerrie
Hi there! My name is Bella Guerrie and I am a senior at Ponderosa High School. This is my first year being a part of the SCFD Teen Council! I am passionate about theatre and am currently inducted in troupe #5397 of the International Thespian Society and am on our troupe's thespian council. I also am one of the captains of my school's improv troupe. I love watching performances almost as much as actually performing which is why the Denver Center of the Performing Arts is my favorite SCFD organization. Aside from being involved with theatre, I love going to museums, hiking, and singing!

Hi, I'm Sanuj and I am a freshman at Peak to Peak Charter School! My favorite SCFD organizations are the Denver Botanic Gardens and the Denver Zoo. I play both soccer and basketball for my school as I love both. In my spare, you can normally find me watching the Denver Nuggets, hanging out with cousins/friends, or playing basketball in my driveway. I am very interested in Wildlife Conservation and love to watch animal documentaries.

My name is Josie Abramson and I am a Senior at George Washington High School! I spend my time exploring Colorado through hiking, drinking coffee, visiting art mueseums, and skiing. My favorite SCFD organization is the Denver Mueseum of Contemporary art!

Chloe Sebek
Hi there! My name is Chloe Sebek, and I am going into my junior year at Alexander Dawson School. This is my first year on the teen council, and I am thrilled to explore a variety of SCFD organizations and share them with other teens in my community! Outside of the council, I am a competitive volleyball player, and am involved in theatre, tennis, and many other clubs at my school! I have a strong passion for science and engaging other students in the enjoyment of learning!

Hi, I’m Andrew and I go to Regis. My favorite SCFD Organization is the Denver Botanic Gardens because I love gardening and I’m interested in becoming a landscape architect someday! In my spare time I enjoy playing basketball, traveling, running, and skiing. I’m also a big Nuggets fan!
